About Pro-Tech

I’m Kyle Miller, a home inspector and lifelong builder based in Conway. I help homebuyers, homeowners, and commercial property clients across Central Arkansas understand exactly what they’re investing in.

Why Choose a Home Inspector Who Has Built Homes?

With more than 35 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter and home builder, I bring practical knowledge of how buildings are constructed and where problems can develop. That experience guides every inspection I perform as a home inspector, from foundations and framing to finishing details.

As a Master Home Inspector and CCPIA-certified commercial building inspector, I’ve inspected homes and more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial space, including offices, retail buildings, churches, schools, hotels, and manufacturing facilities. I also use tools such as thermal imaging, drones, sewer cameras, and remote crawlspace equipment when appropriate.

Whether you’re buying your first home or evaluating a commercial building, I’m here to help you make an informed decision.

Proudly Serving Conway and Central Arkansas

My office is in Conway, and I travel throughout the surrounding region, which lets me get to most properties quickly. If your town isn’t listed below, give me a call. There’s a good chance I can still be your home inspector. Being local also means I know the soils, building styles, and weather patterns that affect properties in this part of Arkansas, from older homes near downtown Conway to newer subdivisions in Vilonia and Ward.

Built on Real Construction Experience

I’ve framed, roofed, and finished the same components I now evaluate. That gives me an inside view that’s hard to learn any other way, and it’s the biggest thing that sets me apart from a typical home inspector.

Answers, Not Just Paperwork

A report only helps if you understand it. I’ll explain what matters, what can wait, and when another specialist should take a closer look. Questions are always welcome, before, during, and long after the inspection.

The Care I'd Want for My Own Family

Every home inspector should treat your property like it’s the biggest decision on the table, because it usually is. That’s how I approach every job, whether it’s a starter home or a commercial building that supports your business and employees.
